Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Straight Set, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The App

Straight Set is a workout tracking application for iOS. It helps you:

• Create and manage workout routines
• Log sets, reps, and weights
• Track personal records
• View workout history and progress

The app works entirely offline. All data is stored locally on your device.

Pricing & Payment

Free Trial: Straight Set includes a 30-day free trial with full functionality.

One-Time Purchase: After the trial, the app costs $9.99 (or equivalent in your currency) as a one-time purchase. No subscriptions. No recurring fees.

Read-Only Mode: If you choose not to purchase after the trial, the app enters read-only mode. You can still view all your existing data, but cannot add new workouts. Your data is never deleted.

Payments: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Your Data

You own your data. We don't collect it, can't access it, and never will. All workout data is stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for backing up your data. If you enable iCloud backup on your device, your app data may be included in your device backup.

If you delete the app, your data is deleted. We cannot recover it because we never had it.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Straight Set only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Redistribute or resell the app

Health Disclaimer

Straight Set is a tracking tool, not medical advice. The app does not provide health, fitness, or medical recommendations.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You are solely responsible for your physical activities and any injuries that may result.

We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the app or any exercise activities you track with it.

Intellectual Property

Straight Set, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Straight Set is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The app will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Straight Set.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through an app update. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using Straight Set at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
